The greatest training and education that has contributed to my success has been the relationships and guidance received from seasoned HR professionals through organizations such as BV-SHRM. My Bachelor’s in HR and MBA were great foundations for a career path, but the real-world experience and finesse added by these relationships have made me a more effective and successful professional.
