    Organizational Effectiveness: HR at the Center of the Storm
    Research has shown a significant correlation between an organization's financial performance, strategic position, organizational dominance and the level of sophistication of its Human Resources Department. No organization has achieved strategic dominance, world-class status, or disruptive innovation without a well-developed HR team capable of recommending effective human capital strategies, implementing organizational effectiveness techniques, developing leadership programs, managing change initiatives, and transforming the culture through comprehensive talent management efforts. 
     
    A sophisticated group of Human Resources professionals can deliver a competitive advantage to its organization. Organizations often restrict HR to compliance, personnel, or operational roles. Organizational leaders sometimes plan unskilled individuals in HR leadership roles and yet continue to report the failure of HR to contribute to the bottom line.

    • Walk-ins: Walk-in registrations at the door will be $30 for members and non-members. While we make every effort to ensure space for our walk-ins, they are not guaranteed.
    • Cancellations and No Show Policy: If you need to cancel your luncheon reservation, we must receive your cancellation no later than 10am the Monday prior to the luncheon. If we do not receive your cancellation, by the deadline, you are considered a no-show and will be charged for the full luncheon fee. Please remember that the venue is already accounting for your reservation after that time.
