I joined BV-SHRM in 2013 to learn more about, and stay up to date on, HR issues. Since then, I have served on the BV-SHRM Board since 2016, starting as the Business Seminar Chair and then simultaneously serving as the President in 2019 and 2022, thus Past President in 2020 and 2023, Secretary, and now Treasurer. Come join our Board and help us serve our community and the HR profession! The greatest training and education that has contributed to my success has been the relationships and guidance received from seasoned HR professionals through organizations such as BV-SHRM. My Bachelor’s in HR and MBA were great foundations for a career path, but the real-world experience and finesse added by these relationships have made me a more effective and successful professional. |

Holly Huddleston has called Bryan/College Station home since 2010, when she married her husband, a lifelong resident of Bryan, TX. A Texas State University graduate in 2008, Holly, like many, faced challenges in her early career and spent several years in retail management before discovering Spherion. In 2015, she joined Spherion as a recruiter, bringing with her a passion for people and customer service. Over the years, Holly has had the privilege of supporting a wide range of businesses in the Brazos Valley. Her unwavering belief that there's a job for everyone drives her, and she finds success in truly listening to and learning from her clients, candidates, and colleagues. Known for her positivity and ability to stay resilient no matter the challenges, Holly is always seen with a smile. As an active community member, a parent, and a leader within her organization, Holly is deeply invested in shaping the future of our workforce. |

I became a member of BVSHRM in 2017 and have since found immense value in the opportunities to learn, connect, and grow alongside some of the most inspiring leaders in our field. A former BVSHRM President, I now have the honor of serving as the District Director for the Texas SHRM State Council, representing the Central Texas region. I am a proud 2011 graduate of Texas A&M University and hold both SHRM-CP and PHR certifications. My HR career spans multiple industries, and I currently serve as the Director of Human Resources at the Texas A&M University Hotel and Conference Center, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality. I’m passionate about cultivating meaningful connections through authentic, transparent leadership. Outside of work, I treasure time with my husband, Jeff, and our daughter, Kaci. |
